Absolutely. Take the ferry from St. Thomas to Cruz Bay one hour before your tour or rental start time — we'll pick you up at the dock. Please allow time for the ferry back when planning your day.

No. Our Vitacci X300 Super Trikes are automatic with two wheels up front, so there is no clutch, no shifting, and no balancing. A valid driver's license is all you need.

Almost certainly. If you can drive a car you can ride a trike: automatic transmission, handlebar controls, reverse gear, and two front wheels. Every ride starts with the safety video, a walkthrough, and a test ride in a quiet area, and your guide sets a relaxed pace with a stop every 20 to 30 minutes.

Vitacci X300 Super Trikes: a 276cc fuel-injected engine, fully automatic transmission with reverse gear, disc brakes front and rear, and two wheels up front. They stand up on their own, so there is no balancing.

Yes. Most of our guests are first-time riders. If you can drive a car you can ride a trike: it is automatic, it never needs balancing, and every ride starts with a safety video, hands-on instructions, and a test ride. Prefer not to drive? Ride along as a passenger on a double rider trike.

Yes. All riders must sign a liability waiver (and a rental agreement for rentals) before riding. You'll receive a link to sign online after you book, or you can sign at check-in. Bring the valid driver's license that matches your waiver.

Every ride starts the same way: waiver, safety video, hands-on instructions (starting, braking, turning, signals, road rules), and a test ride. Helmets are included and must be worn at all times while riding.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Paved public roads only. Riding is not allowed off-road or on beaches. Obey traffic laws, respect locals, and no reckless riding or racing.

We run a fleet of six premium trikes, so groups are capped at 12 riders (two per trike). Larger parties can call us to split into two departures.

Closed-toe shoes (strongly recommended), shorts or long pants, a shirt (required), sunglasses, your driver's license (and photo ID for passengers), and optionally swimwear and a towel for beach stops. Bring positive energy — you're in paradise!

No. Gratuity is not included, and food and drinks at beach stops are at your own expense. Water is included.
