Rider Waiver & Release of Liability

1. The Activity

Trikes & Tings VI ("the Company") operates guided three-wheel trike tours and self-guided trike rentals on St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, in partnership with Random Excursions. This waiver applies to both guided tours and rentals, and to every driver and passenger.

2. Rider Eligibility

As a driver, I confirm that I: am 21 years of age or older; hold a valid driver's license; am physically able to operate a three-wheel trike; and am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance.

As a passenger, I confirm that I: am 15 years of age or older and have presented photo identification. A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any passenger under 18.

3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that operating or riding on a motorized three-wheel trike on public and mountain roads involves inherent and unavoidable risks, including but not limited to loss of control, collision, mechanical issues, road and weather conditions, actions of other drivers, and serious injury. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether or not described here.

4. Safety Rules

I agree to wear the provided helmet at all times while riding, to watch the safety video, complete the instructions and test ride, follow all instructions given by my guide or the Company's staff, obey all traffic laws and speed limits, and ride at a safe and reasonable speed at all times. I will not ride off-road or on beaches, and I will not ride recklessly or race.

5. Equipment & Damage Responsibility

I agree to be responsible for damage I cause to the trike or equipment through misuse, riding where prohibited, or failure to follow instructions. For rentals, I agree to return the trike on time and in the condition in which I received it, subject to fuel and trike inspection.

6. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and hold harmless Trikes & Tings VI, Random Excursions, and their respective owners, guides, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of my participation, except for those caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Company.

7. Media Consent

I grant the Company permission to use photos or video taken during the tour or rental for promotional purposes, unless I notify a guide otherwise in writing before the ride.

8. Acknowledgment

I have read and understood this Rider Waiver & Release of Liability, and I agree to its terms freely and voluntarily.
