These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your booking and participation in guided tours offered by Trikes & Tings VI ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a tour, you agree to these Terms.
Our Service
Trikes & Tings VI provides professionally guided three-wheel trike tours in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. We offer guided tours only — we do not rent trikes and do not offer self-guided tours. Each trike is operated by a single rider; passengers are not permitted.
Rider Requirements
- Riders must be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid driver's license is required and must be presented at check-in.
- Riders must complete a safety orientation and follow all guide instructions throughout the tour.
- DOT-approved helmets are provided and must be worn at all times while riding.
- Riders must not operate a trike under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substance.
Booking & Payment
The guided tour fee is $199 per rider and is due at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our online booking calendar. Upon successful payment you will receive a booking confirmation and receipt. Reservations are recommended, as availability is limited. Tours begin July 18, 2026.
Security Deposit
A $500 refundable security deposit is required, and a valid credit card authorization must remain on file during the tour. The authorization is mandatory and may be used only for damages beyond normal wear and tear. The deposit is refunded after the tour once the trike has been inspected.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Weather
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your reservation. Tours generally operate in light rain. In the event of severe weather that could affect rider safety, we will work with you to reschedule; if a suitable time cannot be arranged, we will refund your tour payment. No-shows may be non-refundable.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
Operating a three-wheel trike involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to ride responsibly and in accordance with all instructions. All riders must sign our Rider Waiver before departure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trikes & Tings VI is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from a rider's failure to follow safety instructions or from risks inherent to the activity.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking applies to your reservation.
